Get your export ready

Open "Export your information"
In the Instagram app, go to your profile → Menu (☰) → Accounts Center → Your information and permissions → Export your information.

Create an export to your device
Tap "Create export", choose your Instagram profile, then choose "Export to device".

Choose your activity and JSON
Under "Customize information", tap "Clear all" in each section, then select "Followers and following" plus "Likes", "Comments", and "Story interactions".Set "Date range" to "All time" and "Format" to JSON (not HTML).Leave "Messages" and "Media" unselected to keep the file small.

Yes.The recap is free.Lifetime Access is only for full follower lists, search, and CSV export.
