In Accounts Center, open Your information and permissions → Export your information → Create export, then choose your Threads profile.

Choose the right options
Threads has no "Followers and following" option, so select only "Threads".Set the date range to All time, the format to JSON, and media quality to Low.

When Meta notifies you, download the ZIP and upload it to SafeUnfollow without unzipping it.
