By using SafeUnfollow (the Service), you agree to these Terms.If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description

SafeUnfollow is a client-side Instagram data analyzer for mutual connections, one-way follows, and snapshot changes.It does not access or act on your Instagram account.We are not affiliated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the Service only for lawful, personal purposes.You must not:

• Violate Instagram terms or applicable law
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, disrupt, or misuse the Service
• Harass or harm others
• Resell or sublicense access

4. Lifetime Access and Payments

The free check shows all totals and a preview of each account list.Lifetime Access is a one-time payment of US$3.99 (local prices may vary by country) that unlocks full lists, search, CSV export, unlimited snapshots, and change history for the purchase email for as long as SafeUnfollow offers these features.There is no subscription and nothing renews.

Dodo Payments processes payments as merchant of record.Refunds follow the checkout terms and Dodo Payments policies shown at purchase.If a payment is fully refunded or charged back, Lifetime Access is removed.Earlier monthly and annual subscriptions remain governed by their original terms and can still be cancelled on the cancellation page.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided as is.We do not guarantee result accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SafeUnfollow and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

Service content, design, and code belong to SafeUnfollow and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms.Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SafeUnfollow operates, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
